Ingredients

  • 2-3 Weet-Bixâ„¢ wheat biscuits
  • ½ cup reduced fat milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tbs plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1 peach, sliced (fresh or canned in juice)
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place Weet-Bixâ„¢ wheat biscuits in a bowl and top with peaches, sunflower seeds and yoghurt.
  2. Step 2

    Pour on milk or milk alternative. Enjoy!
